Fayson Lakes Fishing Derby - June 7

We are excited to announce that our 24th annual Fishing Derby is coming up on Saturday, June 7th from 8AM-12PM. Come out with your family for a day of fun and excitement! 

Pre-registration is required for all participants ($5/ child). There are two ways to register: 

1. OPTION 1 (DIGITAL): Fill out this Google form and submit registration fee via Venmo to @SHodas5. Please include "Fishing Derby" and your last name in the memo line. 

2. OPTION 2: Print and fill out the paper registration form at the bottom of this email, and drop it off with the registration fee to Katie Papendick at 70 Fayson Lakes Road. Checks should be made out to the Fayson Lakes Women's Club. 

Please register by Wed, 5/28, to guarantee a t-shirt for your participant(s).
