Commitment to our Community

As employees and trustees of the Fayson Lakes community, we recognize that we are role models to all members of the Association, which includes:

  • Consistently modeling ethical behavior by “doing the right thing even when no one is looking.”

  • Appreciating those with whom we work as individuals who carry their own culture, beliefs, and uniqueness.

  • Treating each individual with respect, dignity, and kindness.

  • Understanding that younger members of the Association will tend to model their behavior on ours.

  • Demonstrating respect for all residents, guests, and other employees regardless of their age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, physical abilities, cultural background, and country of origin.

  • Notifying a supervisor or the Board of Trustees if we believe that we or someone else is being treated unfairly, unkindly, or disparagingly.
